• What do users do with the information provided by their dashboard analytics?

• What frustrates users with the current dashboard analytics?

 

METHODOLOGIES

 

Primary Research:

• User Surveys

o Identify trends and patterns with user needs, goals, motivations, and frustrations when it comes to dashboard analytics

o Identify trends and patterns with user needs, goals, motivations, and frustrations when it comes to dashboard visualization o Identify trends and patterns with how users engage with analytics platforms

o Identify existing issues and solutions within the industry of dashboard analytics
